2. Our Contract With You

  • Order Placement: When you place an order on redmatrix.biz, it constitutes an offer to purchase the goods.
  • Contract Formation: A legally binding contract is only formed between RedMatrix Limited and you when we accept the order and send you an email confirmation stating that your items have entered production.

3. Print-on-Demand & Fulfillment

  • Made-to-Order Goods: All items available on our website—including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and mugs—are custom-made and printed specifically to your order. We do not hold pre-printed inventory.
  • Fulfillment Partner: Order fulfillment and manufacturing are handled by our trusted third-party partner, Printful. By completing a purchase, you agree to your delivery details being shared with Printful exclusively for the production and shipping of your order.

4. Product Descriptions and Colour Accuracy

  • Colour Variations: We make every reasonable effort to represent the colours, textures, and details of our products accurately on our website.
  • Digital Device Disclaimers: Because different digital devices (including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop monitors) display colours differently, some variation between the digital mockup on your screen and the final printed item is to be expected. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will exactly replicate the colour of the physical garment or merchandise.

5. Delivery and Charges

  • Pricing transparency: Delivery charges vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the items. The total delivery cost will always be calculated and clearly quoted to you prior to making your final payment at checkout.
  • Carrier Delays: While we work closely with Printful to ensure prompt dispatch, we cannot be held legally liable for transit delays caused by third-party mail carriers or courier services.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Exemption from Change-of-Mind Returns: Because all goods are printed and manufactured specifically to your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or no longer want the item. Under UK consumer protection law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), custom-made and personalized goods are strictly exempt from standard statutory “cooling-off” cancellation rights.
  • Product Faults: We accept returns and provide a replacement or refund only where a genuine product fault, manufacturing defect, or printing error is identified.
  • Reporting a Fault: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must notify us via email at info@redmatrix.biz within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Evidence Required: To process a fault claim, you must provide your order number alongside clear photographic evidence showing the specific defect. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
